Constantine G. Tzamouranis

Constantine G. Tzamouranis (“Gus”) is the founder and owner of the firm. He concentrates his practice on counseling and representing businesses, their owners and individuals on a wide variety of corporate, estate planning, real estate, for litigation and transactional matters.

Corporate: Gus has extensive experience representing clients on ordinary and complex business matters, with an emphasis on: strategic transactions, business formation and operation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, business succession planning and general corporate counseling, including contract negotiations, shareholder control, and employment issues.  Gus also has considerable experience advising clients concerning the purchase, sale and operation of their businesses.

Estate Planning:  Gus counsels and represents individuals, business owners, professionals, executives, retirees and their families with estates of all sizes and varying degrees of complexity with all matters relating to their estate planning affairs and preparing for the future, including estate planning for asset protection, special needs, and protecting the comfort and dignity of the elderly.  He guides families through all phases of probate and trust administration and the post-mortem settlement of estates.  Gus focuses on planning strategies to reduce clients’ exposure to federal and state estate taxation and the extra time and expense associated with probate court proceedings.

Real Estate. Gus has extensive experience in representing owners, individuals and developers in all types of real estate matters ranging from single-family and large multi-family residential to complex commercial real estate involving the purchases, sales, developments, joint ventures, financing and leasing.

Litigation:  Gus has successfully represented clients in matter involving breach of contracts, business and shareholder disputes, employment issues, evictions, and real property disputes.

Gus counsels clients in a number of industries, such as hospitality, manufacturing, medical, professional services, and real estate. For many years, Gus has served as the pro bono general counsel for various not-for-profit organizations.
